By ordering through the website you are agreeing to our terms, noted below:
All orders are paid for online through payment gateways PayPal or Shopify Payments. Your payment will be securely processed. Shopify is based in Canada and all data is securely encrypted, as with PayPal. If for any reason you do not wish to use these services, we accept payments via a BACS bank transfer. If you wish to do this please contact email@example.com and we will be send you an invoice.
All items are dispatched as soon as possible. Note that some of our items are made to order; lead times are noted on the individual item page. We always aim to dispatch your order as soon as we can. If you require an order urgently, contact us and we will always endeavor to meet your requirements as best we can.
We use the following methods for shipment:
FREE First Class Signed For: 1-2 days. This is available on all orders over £50; a signature will be required upon delivery.
First Class Signed For: 1-2 days. £4.00 on all orders below £50. Again a signature will be required upon delivery.
EUROPE: Flat rate of £12.50, 3-5 days. Orders sent via Royal Mail's Airsure service. Fully trackable and you will be sent a tracking code with your dispatch confirmation.
REST OF THE WORLD: Flat rate of £14.95, 5-7 days. Orders sent via Royal Mail's Airsure service. Fully trackable and you will be sent a tracking code with your dispatch confirmation.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we accept returns through the Christmas period of up to 30 days from receipt. If you wish to return an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and carry no smell of pets, perfumes or smoke.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then a full refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Unfortunately we cannot reimburse for return postage costs.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

Free delivery does not apply to any exchanges. An invoice will be sent to you for postage to be paid before the replaced item can be dispatched.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £50, we recommend using an insured and trackable postal service. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
We will never pass on your details to any third party. This is purely for Oubas Knitwear to contact you about seasonal offers and keep you up to date with news.
