All orders are dispatched as soon as possible, please take into account that some pieces are made by hand, not everything is in stock. We always aim to dispatch your order within the time noted on the item page.
We use the following methods for shipment:
FREE FIRST CLASS SIGNED FOR - 1-2 days. This is used on all orders as our flat rate within the UK; it is fully trackable and a signature will be required upon delivery.
SPECIAL DELIVERY BY 1PM: This can be selected at the checkout. Availability is noted on the individual product. Unavailable on clothing and home items. Signature required upon delivery.
EUROPE: Flat rate of £12.50, 3-5 days. Orders sent via Royal Mail's Airsure service. Fully trackable and you will be sent a tracking code with your dispatch confirmation.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we accept returns up to 14 days from receipt. If you wish to return an item please email us for a return address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and carry no smell of pets, perfumes or smoke.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then a full refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Unfortunately we cannot reimburse for return postage costs.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
