Bespoke Terms & Conditions

By submitting a bespoke order, you acknowledge and agree:

• Bespoke pieces are individually designed and crafted to order
• A proposal & quotation will be provided prior to confirmation
• Orders are secured upon acceptance & payment
• Lead times vary depending on design complexity & materials – we will advise this before you place your order with us.
Approval of design & measurements and order payment confirms your acceptance of the agreed final specification.

Payment & Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our bespoke work:
• Deposits and payments are non-refundable once design work or production has commenced
• Where OUBAS agrees a cancellation after commencement, a credit note may be issued at OUBAS’s discretion
• Credit notes are valid for 12 months from date of issue
• Bespoke garments are non-returnable except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law
